One hour of technical support

Receive one hour of technical support provided within four months (120 days) of purchase.

CyberAlerts

Biweekly 171Comply CyberAlerts, the CyberAlerts provide situational awareness by providing a cyber threat intelligence forum.  The forum outlines the current cyber threat landscape by describing current threats and trends.  The alerts include recommendations of courses of action that businesses should take to reduce their vulnerabilities. The CyberAlert will consist of a QA member forum that will allow sharing information and best practices; it will be a means of communication to the organization’s stakeholders.  Essentially this is a means of meeting the Situational Awareness domain requirement (SA.3.169).

Policies and Updates

Your subscription includes these policies and updates to the policy.

Acceptable Use Policy, a policy the spells out the responsibilities of the system’s users; it requires the users to acknowledge that their behavior on the system will be monitored; this acknowledgment is in writing.  This policy is essential in defining user responsibilities related to the Access Control, Configuration Management, and Media Protection Policies.

Ethics Policy, ethics is an element of the CMMC eco-system; for example, practitioners, certified consultants, and assessors are required to sign the CMMC AB ethics policy. The Ethics Policy outlines system user responsibility in both proactive and reactive terms.  A primary line of cybersecurity defense is the system user.  It is the Ethics Policy that provides a consistent outline of system user responsibilities.
